Course Background and Objective


This two-part course will upgrade your knowledge and skills, and will show you how to become the business leader of your project. You will learn leading your team with the right strategic vision, inspiration, energy, and fun, and using the Diamond of Innovation, to adopt your project to its unique challenges and environment. Your next projects will stand out, and you will be ahead of the game.

In the first part, SPL Foundations, you will learn the fundamental concepts and principles of SPL, and receive an overview of the SPL tools. In the second part, SPL Applications (Foundations 2), you will learn the practice of applying the SPL methodology to your actual project. You will create an initial SPL plan and will be able to immediately apply it to your project and your company.
